Founder & Managing Director
Meet our Founder and Managing Director, Roy Cowley. He is the visionary leader and driving force of the company, constantly innovating and moving the company forward, through his extensive knowledge and passion for the industry.
He is well-known and respected figure in the industry as a pioneer in non-surgical technology, and has been named by Professional Beauty as one of the UK's 'Top 50 Industry Influencer's' for his contribution to the Beauty & Aesthetics Industries.

I joined 3D Aesthetics, having previously worked as Operations Director with a leading global ophthalmic lens manufacturer.
As Operations Director, I utilise my wealth of experience to support the Managing Director, Roy Cowley, in the strategic development of the business, from the implementation of EN ISO 13485:2016 medical device certification, into the company’s next phase of development, whilst ensuring the smooth running of all business operations and implementing best practices to provide highest levels of client satisfaction.
My areas of responsibility span across the business and include input into the strategic planning and business planning for the organisation to ensure we continue to offer the most up to date and cost attractive equipment and support to remain a market leader.
I am embedded in all the operational aspects of this exciting and dynamic brand, working to help the business reach new heights, whilst ensuring the best possible client journey throughout, with ongoing support and service from our team of professionals.
Quality and Compliance Manager
I am Quality & Compliance Manager for 3D. My responsibilities include continuing the ongoing development of a comprehensive management system, across all areas of the business, which meets the requirements of ISO 13485:2016; the Medical Device Directive (MDD) and will evolve to comply with the Medical Device Regulations (MDR).
My strengths are process development and improvement, using the skills I have gained in different industries to promote continual improvement. I am excited to be part of this evolution and bringing the 3D team together.
Quality is important for every business and requires both individual contribution and team culture in order to achieve the end goal. My focus is to drive business success in quality, risk, process and compliance roles and adding value at every stage in the business cycle; this has been exemplified by 3D’s achievement of EN ISO 13485:2016 certification in January 2020, one of the first in the aesthetics industry to do so.
I am an ISO Lead Auditor and Practitioner certified by the Chartered Quality Institute, with a strong background gained in engineering and rail companies. I have worked with certified, integrated management systems which were specifically focused on industry specific, mandatory standards as well as ISO 9001:2015; 14001:2015 and OHSAS18001. I have written audited quality management systems for new start-ups and established companies; achieving business critical certifications in annual audits; co-ordinating the introduction, implementation and training of new processes to all stakeholders.
Head of Marketing & Events
Hi I’m Phoebe, and I am proud to be Head of Marketing & Events at 3D Aesthetics. I have worked alongside our Director (my dad!) for the past 10 years, progressing to my current role in which I am responsible for overall brand management, and leading our Marketing Department with the aim of increasing brand awareness for 3D Aesthetics both in the industry and on a national scale.
I manage all of our communication channels including social media platforms, trade advertising, e-marketing, press releases, and our (brand new!) website which we have recently launched in line with our re-brand. My team and I are passionate about supporting our clinic owners in helping to promote their 3D treatments. We do this by working with our designers to create new marketing collateral and seasonal campaign materials for clinics to assist them with their advertising which is available via our new 'client e-zone'.
I also work closely alongside our team of Business Development Managers to provide them with support materials and information on our latest offers that they can showcase to our clients.
A significant part of my role also involves planning & organising all company events including trade exhibitions and product launches to showcase our latest equipment ranges to clients.
In addition to my role at Head Office, I am also the Marketing Director for our flagship clinic, responsible for promoting our treatments and services to clients. I believe that this allows me to further understand from a clinic perspective, the kind of marketing support needed to provide to our clinics.
Head of Design
My name is Helen King. I bring a wealth of design knowledge to the business, and my role sits within the Marketing team.
I am responsible for our Brand Identity, and all creative work across digital and printed formats.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the creative field, I have worked both client- and agency-side for brands such as Scania, Tesco, B&Q, Virgin Trains, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft and GCHQ. Projects have spanned brand and identity, corporate and marketing communications, conceptual thinking and strategy, events and customer experience.
I am passionate about creating inspiring, engaging and informative design which truly connects with the audience to help boost our marketing support on offer.
Social Media & E-marketing Executive
Hi, I'm Klaudia and I'm the Social Media and E-marketing Executive here at 3D Aesthetics.
I am responsible for creating and managing content across all our channels, including social media, email marketing and web. I'm very passionate about social media and the opportunity it provides to build and sustain a strong sense of community.
My strong passion for fitness and general wellbeing made me understand how important it is to feel good in your body. I am proud to be a part of a brand that shares similar values and helps people achieve excellent results by providing a range of non-surgical devices.
Customer Services Manager
Hello, my name is Emma and I am the Customer Services Manager at 3D Aesthetics. I am responsible for managing our Customer Services Department to ensure that our clients are offered full support with any enquiries, and that any queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
It is also my responsibility to encourage my team to regularly improve knowledge of our machines so that we can give an effective front line technical support service. As a team, we love to chat to our customers to keep up with their progress, and ensure that they get the most out of their experience with 3D Aesthetics.
We are always looking for areas that we can improve on, and actively encourage feedback from our clients. I aim to provide the highest standard of customer service.
I once heard someone say “It is no longer good enough to have satisfied customers, you have to create stark raving fans!” and I truly apply this to my work. Customer care has always been my focus throughout my career, and I am happy to be a part of an organisation that shares this ethos.

I’m Hannah, your Customer Service Advisor at 3D Aesthetics. I’m available over the phone or on email during office hours to assist with any queries that you may have, from technical or training enquiries, advising on machine maintenance, or processing your consumable orders.
I am always ready to help in any way that I can. In preparation for your training, I will also assist you in making sure you are set up and ready for our online course during your 'training test call' allowing you to get the maximum from the training with us.

Hello, I’m Jackie, your main point of contact throughout the purchase of your 3D equipment. I will guide you smoothly from the point of enquiry, right through to taking delivery of your machine, ensuring a smooth journey throughout.
Following your purchase of 3D Aesthetics equipment, I am responsible for contacting you to book in your training, and to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
I will be in regular contact with you at the start of your ‘3D journey’ to ensure that you have all the required documentation, relevant paperwork, and support.
Upon completion of training, I will issue your certificates and ensure that you have all the required training paperwork to get started with your treatments!

With years of experience within the beauty & aesthetics industries, I hold a wealth of knowledge. I have previously worked as a Senior Therapist and Clinic Manager for 8 years, which has seen me train in advanced treatments with Doctors on Harley Street, in addition to working alongside highly reputable nurses.
I have carried out a range of advanced non-surgical treatments for many years, and my experiences make me the ideal support contact when it comes to offering advice to fellow Beauty Therapists and Salon Owners.
I am available for dedicated virtual appointments to offer business support and advice. Head of Analysis
Hello, my name is Toby and I am Head of Analysis here at 3D. My primary focuses include product development, marketing, sales and product training.
I`ve worked for 3D Aesthetics since 2014 and have gained invaluable experience over a number of job roles, including engineering and sales, progressing to my current role of Head of Analysis.
I am extremely passionate about the 3D brand and the result-driven technology that we have on offer, in addition to the industry that we work in. Throughout my experience at the company, I have had the chance to work alongside, meet and build relationships with 3D`s fantastic clients.
The most rewarding part of my job has to be educating new and existing customers on how to develop their existing offering to drive sales using our product portfolio of high-tech analysis devices.
Head of Training
Hi I’m Jo, Head of Education (UK and International) at 3D Aesthetics. I am responsible for developing, writing, and delivering the training programmes for our 3D face and body equipment range.
I have been working in the industry and alongside our Managing Director Roy for over 30 years, with over 25 years’ experience in training clinic owners on our equipment, and developing treatment protocols and training programs. I am responsible for managing our Training Department to ensure that every protocol is kept up-to-date and that training is monitored and kept consistent to a high standard, delivered in a professional manner to our clients.
I am also available in head office to answer any treatment queries via email or over the phone, often working with our clinic owners to advise on dealing with any contra-indications or adverse events.
I work closely with the Business Development Managers to facilitate trainings for our new clients, in addition to developing new training protocols and specialist training days for our existing clients. I also play a large role in product research and development for the company when launching new products and devices to the market.
Our training and education department has expanded over the past couple of years, so I am now mainly office based to manage our team of trainers, allowing me to dedicate more time to develop the department and to help answer queries from our clinics. I am always on hand to advise with treatment queries and happy to help.
Hello, my name is Nicola and I am one of the trainers for 3D Aesthetics, I deliver weekly online training sessions for our clinic owners hosted virtually from our head office, in addition to providing ongoing refresher training dates to support our existing clients.
I also work alongside our international clients to cater for any overseas training, which has provided me with many exciting opportunities to work with our international distributors in countries such as Pakistan and Vietnam.
In addition to my role at head office, I have my own clinic in Leicestershire, ‘Beaute’ Skin Clinic, in which I offer 3D-lipo and 3D-HydrO2 treatments as part of my treatment menu.
This gives me the platform to work closely with my clients and see the progress with their results, whilst helping me to develop my own treatment protocols which I can use to advise other clinic owners in training.
I am very passionate about the 3D brand and love my role at head office, I always look forward to ‘e-meeting’ our new clinic owners and help them on their way with their journey with 3D Aesthetics.
Jon Paul Hoy
Hello, my name is Jon-Paul and I am a trainer here at 3D Aesthetics. I am a highly professional therapist with 18 years of industry experience and have specialised in skin health for most of my career. I feel very passionate about education, mentoring and empowering students with the knowledge to build their confidence and skills. I previously worked as a clinical educator for a medical-grade skincare distributor and as a training manager for global skincare brand training many therapists in the industry today.
Hi, I’m Szandra and I am your point of contact for any technical support here at 3D Aesthetics. My key responsibilities include troubleshooting and co-ordinating the Engineer's diaries to ensure a fast and efficient service.
I also assist the Engineering Manager, in making sure that service rates are met, and administration within the department is kept at a high standard in line with the requirements of our EN ISO:13485:2016 certification, and continue to offer excellent customer service and a smooth delivery process.
I strive to maintain and build relationships with our clients, to get to know them well, and to understand where we as a company can offer further support.
As a client I think it’s paramount to know that you always have our support on offer, and I am always available on the phone as your point of contact to help direct any queries.
Field Service Engineer
Hello, my name is Mark and I am a Service Engineer for 3D Aesthetics. I have over 20 years experience within engineering. I work closely with our clients to ensure that any technical queries are dealt with efficiently and rectified within a quick turnaround time to the satisfaction of the customer, ensuring minimal down-time.
This involves going out into the field, visiting our clinics. I ensure that the client’s machines are serviced, in addition to testing the machines to ensure they achieve optimal results.
When I am not out in the field, I am based at our technical facility at head office where I ensure our machines are commissioned, tested and maintained in accordance with rigorous standards and protocols in line with our EN ISO 13485:2016 standards.
Delivery & Installation Driver
Hi, I’m Pete, and my job is to make sure that your machine is delivered and installed safely and promptly at your allocated delivery date and time.
I am often travelling up and down the country to client’s clinics across the United Kingdom delivering and installing their brand-new machines, meeting lots of new clinic owners each day.
Upon delivery, I will guide you through the set-up process of the machine, and run through a general demonstration with each client to showcase the functions running on the machine, whilst ensuring that the client is 100% happy with their delivery.
I pride myself on great customer service, ensuring that each client receives a positive and welcoming experience at the start of their journey with 3D-Aesthetics.
Hello, my name is Mac, and I am the Equipment Supervisor at 3D Aesthetics. I started with the company as a warehouse operative 5 years ago and I have progressed to my current position through hands on experience and extensive training within the company.
I am based in the Engineering Department where I am responsible for testing and commissioning the client's machines ready for delivery, in accordance with the equipment technical standards. I support our clients by resolving technical queries via telephone and video calls. I enjoy supporting our customers and using my longstanding knowledge of our equipment to swiftly resolve queries. In addition to this, I am responsible for preparing and servicing our client’s machines ready for delivery.
I work alongside the engineering department to assist with handpiece and machine maintenance queries, helping to solve any queries that our clients may have.

I have worked in Finance for many years, with a huge amount of experience within a diverse range of business sectors, spending the last 10 years in Finance Management, gaining valuable skills within a multitude of industries.
I am experienced in the development of processes to streamline and integrate key areas of the finance function to better support the business as a whole.
I aim to provide comprehensive support and partnering within the organisation, bringing a wealth experience and new ideas. I’ll be working closely with the Management team to provide detailed financial analysis and insights, giving 3D Aesthetics the tools to continue to be market leaders and realize it’s growth plans and allow for further development.

Hello my name is Bev and I am the Accountant at 3D Aesthetics. I have over 35 years of experience of running Accounts departments in organisations such as Imperial Foods Ltd, British Road Services (Part of NFC Ltd) and GE Capital FS Ltd.
I am responsible for preparing and liaising with AGK Partner London (Auditors) both the Financial and Management accounts along with all the cashbook, purchases and sales invoice posting and updating and all the companies’ cash flow forecasting, banking requirements and overhead budgeting.
I also handle the payroll and VAT returns to process and submit along with all the purchase payments, and the equipment sales processes, relating to the accounting functions working closely with the leasing companies and the Sales team.
I have been working with our Managing Director, Roy Cowley, since 2003.
