Following your one year Manufacturers Guarantee, the Service Support Package is available to provide continual technical support, along with additional benefits.

The Service Support Package includes technical support such as breakdown cover (including parts and labour) as well as ongoing email, telephone, and video support.
Your enquiry will go through our triage system, and our technical support team goal is to respond to customer queries within just 3 hours. Our team of specialist engineers will aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible over the phone, or will request a video call if needed, before determining if a call-out is required.
To ensure good practice and to enable you to get the best results out of your machine, we regularly send out ‘Good Practice’ emails, advising you on the best way to care for and maintain your machine. Following this advice should result will ensure optimal performance of your device.
